Elizabeth Hall, Claudia Cortese, Hossannah Asuncion, Claire Donato & Marisa Crawford

Elizabeth Hall is a writer and musician based out of LA. She is the author of the book I HAVE DEVOTED MY LIFE TO THE CLITORIS, recently out from Tarpaulin Sky Press. She is currently working on a essay collection about cults, family, and California.

Hossannah Asuncion teaches, eats, and chihuahuas. She has received fellowships from Kundiman, The Poetry Society of America, and The Laundromat Project. Her first collection, Object Permanence, is out from Magic Helicopter Press.

Marisa Crawford is the author of the poetry collections Reversible (2017) and The Haunted House (2010) from Switchback Books, as well as two chapbooks. Her poems, essays, and articles have appeared in publications including Hyperallergic, BUST, Bitch, The Hairpin, and Fanzine, and are forthcoming in Electric Gurlesque (Saturnalia Books, 2017). Marisa is the founder and Editor-in-Chief of the feminist literary/pop culture website Weird Sister. She lives in Brooklyn, NY.

Claudia Cortese is a poet, essayist, and fiction writer. Her first book, WASP QUEEN (Black Lawrence Press), explores the privilege and pathology, trauma and brattiness of suburban girlhood. Her work appears in Blackbird, Black Warrior Review, Crazyhorse, Gulf Coast Online, and The Offing, among others. The daughter of Neapolitan immigrants, Cortese grew up in Ohio and now lives in New Jersey. She also lives at claudia-cortese.com

Claire Donato is the author of Burial (Tarpaulin Sky Press), a not-novel novel, and The Second Body (Poor Claudia), a collection of poems. She lives in Brooklyn and teaches in the Architecture and BFA Writing programs at Pratt Institute.
